The Association for Promotion of Process Serving Standards

The Association for Promotion of Process Serving Standards is a new and modern Process Serving organization. The Association is devoted to forward thinking Professional Process Servers who are interested in abiding by a higher standard through the use of Technology and Compliance.

The purpose of this group is to serve as a forum to establish and promote standards for the Process Serving industry through the Association for Promotion of Process Serving Standards.  Members of this group will also have the ability to suggest topics for the upcoming Process Serving Standards Summit and have a way to view and comment on the standards before they are finalized. The Summit will be held in July and will be comprised of some of the nation’s largest Debt Buyers, Collection Law Firms, Legal Networks and Process Server(s).
